The Valley Boys Defensive Clinic focuses on the fundamentals of individual and team defense through high-energy drills, live competition, and game-like situations. Players will learn proper defensive positioning, footwork, body control, stick checks, and communication while developing the lacrosse IQ necessary to impact the game on every possession.
Who: Boys grades 5–8 // 9–12
Skill Level: All skill levels welcome
What to Bring: Stick, helmet, gloves, cleats and water
When: 5 sessions — 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/12 (6:30–8pm) and 7/11 (8:30–10am)*
