The Valley Boys Shooting Lab is designed for players who want to become a threat every time they have the ball. Through fast-paced drills, small group coaching, and high repetition. Players will develop stronger mechanics, quicker releases, more accurate finishes and the confidence to take control of a game. The more reps you get, the more confident you play. The more confident you play, the more goals you score.
Who: Boys grades 9–12
What to Bring: Stick, helmet, gloves, cleats and water
When: 5 sessions — 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/12 (6:30–8pm) and 7/11 (8:30–10am)*
