The Valley Boys Youth Shooting Lab is centered around shaping good habits and sharp techniques. Players will work on proper shooting mechanics, shot placement, shooting on the run, time-and-room opportunities, and finishing under pressure. Our goal is to help athletes develop the fundamentals and lacrosse IQ needed to build confidence at an early age.
Who: Boys grades 5–8
Skill Level: All skill levels welcome
What to Bring: Stick, helmet, gloves, cleats and water
